Nothing in these Terms limits rajaph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
rajaph may suspend or permanently close your account, and withhold or forfeit balances, if you are found to have: violated these Terms; provided false registration information; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct; or if required to do so by PAGCOR, AMLC, or any competent Philippine authority. Where account closure results from a breach by you, rajaph may deduct from your balance any losses, costs, or liabilities incurred by rajaph as a direct result of your breach before remitting any remaining balance.
You may close your rajaph account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any legitimate remaining wallet balance will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila for the resolution of any disputes, subject to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction over gaming-related complaints.
